By creating an account with Sol Fitness, you agree to these terms. Please read them before signing up.
Sol Fitness provides fitness coaching and general nutrition guidance — it is not medical advice, and Coach Sol is not a physician. Talk to your doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing medical condition or injury. You’re responsible for exercising within your own physical limits and disclosing relevant medical conditions during intake.
Every plan is personally reviewed and approved by Coach Sol before it reaches you — you will never receive a plan he hasn’t looked at. Plans are reassessed on a recurring basis and may be adjusted based on your logged progress.
Don’t use Sol Fitness to share content that’s abusive, illegal, or infringes someone else’s rights, and don’t try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. This immediately and permanently removes your profile, intake answers, plans, logs, photos, and messages — it cannot be undone.
Sol Fitness is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sol Fitness and Coach Sol are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from following a training or nutrition plan — training carries inherent physical risk, and you take part at your own risk.
These terms may be updated occasionally. Continuing to use Sol Fitness after a change means you accept the updated terms.
