Fitness should fit the individual, not the other way around.
Most programs force every person into the same template. SolFitness starts with you: your goals, your history, your schedule, your body. Then we build the system around it.

Built on his own transformation.
Originally from Nigeria, Coach Sol moved to Dubai, where he found his passion for fitness. He didn't always look the way he does today. He transformed himself first, one workout and one habit at a time, and learned firsthand what it takes to change your body and your mindset.
In 2019 he earned his YMCA Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training and Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing, and he has been coaching people ever since. Now based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, he helps clients lose weight, build muscle and gain confidence through clear plans, steady progress and honest accountability.
Fitness is his passion, and SolFitness is how he shares it: real coaching, built around your life, so you can transform yours too.

Seven principles behind every program.
- 01
Consistency
The plan you follow beats the perfect plan you abandon. Everything is designed to be repeatable on your busiest week.
- 02
Progressive overload
Small, measurable increases in load, reps or quality, tracked every session so progress is never a guess.
- 03
Proper movement
Technique first, load second. Every exercise comes with cues, common mistakes, regressions and progressions.
- 04
Sustainable nutrition
No crash diets. Targets you can hit with food you actually like, flexible enough for real life.
- 05
Accountability
Daily readiness, weekly check-ins and a coach who reads them. You always know someone is paying attention.
- 06
Lifestyle integration
Training is built around your work, family and sleep, not the other way around.
- 07
Long-term results
We play the long game. The goal is a body and a habit set that last well beyond the program.
Evidence-informed training methodology.
Programs are organised in phases. Each phase has a clear purpose: building a base, accumulating volume, intensifying, then consolidating. Effort is managed through RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) and RIR (Reps in Reserve), so you train hard without grinding yourself down.
- A detailed assessment before any program is written
- A clear plan for every session: sets, reps, tempo, rest and effort
- Nutrition targets explained in plain language
- Written feedback on every weekly check-in
- Adjustments when life happens, from travel and injury to stress and plateaus
- Honesty about what's realistic, and when to see a healthcare professional
